Privacy policy
BP Diary (Tansiyon Günlüğü) is an offline diary for blood pressure readings you type from a cuff. This phone does not measure blood pressure. The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose you.
Data stays on your phone
Readings, notes, tags, and profiles are stored in a database on the device. They are not sent to us. There is no account and no cloud copy of the diary.
We do not collect, sell, or share that diary. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no advertising identifier.
- Systolic, diastolic, pulse, the date and time, notes, and tags stay on the phone.
- Profile names, language, category-color choice, and reminder times stay on the phone.
- Uninstalling the app deletes this data unless you saved a backup file or exported a copy.
Reminders
Morning and evening reminders are local notifications. Nothing is uploaded. The phone asks for notification permission only if you turn a reminder on. If you decline, the reminder stays off.
Health apps
Apple Health and Health Connect are not connected. The diary is not written to those services in this version.
Free trial and one-time unlock
Every feature is free for 7 days. There is no payment during the trial and nothing renews. On Android the trial start time is stored on the phone only. On iOS the trial starts with a free (zero-price) App Store item, so Apple records that you started it; we do not receive that record.
After 7 days the diary stays closed until a one-time unlock is owned. Your readings stay on the phone while it is closed. On Google Play the product id is bpdiary_unlock. The App Store uses the same one-time product. There is no subscription.
Google Play or Apple handles billing. We do not process card numbers, and the app does not receive your card number, name, or email. The price is shown by the store. If you already bought the unlock, restore it in the app. A note that the unlock was owned can stay on the device so the app can restore it when the store cannot be reached.
Backup file
You can save every profile and reading in one backup file, in a place you choose on the phone, and restore it later or on a new phone. The app does not upload the file and we never receive or keep a copy. If you move the file elsewhere, such as a cloud drive, that service’s own policy applies.
Export and import
PDF and CSV leave the phone only when you choose to share them. The file then goes to the app you pick, such as Mail or Files. We do not receive it. A CSV you import is added to the diary on this phone.
Deletion
You can delete a reading or a profile in the app. Because we never receive the diary, there is no server copy for us to erase. Uninstalling the app deletes what is still on the device.
Children
The app does not create an account and does not send diary contents to us. It is a log for readings a person already took, not a service that collects children’s information on a server.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. The diary on your phone is not uploaded in order to announce a change.
