Taplog helps caregivers keep everyday care notes on the phone they already use. No account is required. Logs stay on that phone unless you choose to share them with your family. Try it free for 7 days from your first log, then pay once — no subscription. The one-time unlock is confirmed with Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. If that store cannot be reached, a confirmation from the last 14 days still opens Taplog. Care logs are not sent to the store. Optional family sharing lets up to 4 phones see the same log, end-to-end encrypted: our server only relays what it cannot read.
